Factory Flooring - No Need To Replace Concrete

Industrial floors can look very jaded after many years use with uneven areas, potholes, damaged areas and a general dusty appearance. Some builders recommend digging out the concrete and relaying a new floor. This can be extremely costly and very disruptive meaning many clients think that they have to close down for a month or just live with localised repairs.

There are a number of options available in such cases:

Tremco CS375 Uniflow Px-1 is a hand or pump applied cement based levelling compound laid at between 5 and 20mm thickness. This product takes full forklift traffic and is perfect for warehouse or dry industrial processes.

Tremco CS380 Pourable Industrial Flooring is perfect for smaller DIY applications on factory, commercial or domestic floors. Cement based, this material has special water resistant polymers meaning it can be used inside or out.

Tremco CS400 Acrylic Emulsion is a special liquid additive for mixing with sand, cement and granite. Instead of digging up the floor simply apply a 10mm thick overlay which can even be pigmented. This material withstands constant exposure to water, is steam cleanable and extremely strong.
