Hygienic polyurethane floor screed

For some industrial applications an epoxy or cementitious system is undesirable, in fact in some cases not suitable. This is particularly where steam cleaning and extremely aggresive chemicals are present. The solution to these problems are polyurethane systems. Tremco illbruck offer the following products.

Tremco CS300 Polyurethane Screed;

A steam cleanable screed which provides a non-slip surface. The screed contains a white flint aggregate which provides the traction, and the resin binding provides the steam cleanable surface. This is one of the most chemical resistant flooring systems on the market, outperforming epoxy by a significant amount.
