Polyurethane Joint Sealant for concrete floors

Joints in concrete floors can be a source of dust, are easily damaged and also can fill with dirt, debris and waste from products. Tremco illbruck offer a flexible polyurethane joint sealant which has special properties to give high expansion characteristics. This means the product can cope with slight movement without cracking.

The advantage of a polyurethane joint sealant over a mastic or silicone is that the PU provides a touch surface which will protect the edges of the concrete slabs. The polyurethane has good comparative compressive strength.

Application is achieved by use of a cartridge gun and simply gunning into the pre-prepared joint. After overnight cure the product is ready for full traffic. The product is available in 310ml and 600ml cartridges. Please contact us for price details on 01942 251400.
