Concrete floor repairs are possible in a very short period of time

Tremco CS500 Rapid Set Epoxy Mortar was required to provide concrete floor repairs to a factory floor. Unlike conventional epoxy mortars the Tremco illbruck product can set in only four hours for full traffic whether it be pedestrian or forklift traffic.

A special blend of fine aggregates, epoxy resin and fast curing hardener produces a tough resilient surface harder than concrete and extremely chemical resistant. The product is applied by mixing the two components together and placing with a trowel like a conventional mortar; no special skills are required.

The floor can be repaired from less than 1mm up to 100mm thickness.
