Line marking paint and other methods

There are a number of methods for line marking available and Tremco illbruck is able to help. We offer the following types of products for line marking;

Epoxy Paint: This is the toughest paint type for line marking. A number of years wear life may be achieved using our Tremco CS900 Epoxicote product and it is very low cost per linear metre. The downside of this type of system is the extensive masking of the floor that is required and also the fact that the product may partially set in the tin if the applicator is not quick enough.

Spray Systems: Some companies offer a spray system which involves a one or four wheel applicator and cans of the spray paint. The system works by literally walking along the area and spray as you walk. This is a very simple and rapid method of application and is extremely low cost. The downside is durability; the product tends to last months rather than years in heavy traffic, although regular recoating is simple.
